Bill Powell represents large and small technology companies in a variety of intellectual property matters, helping clients use intellectual property law to build business value. His practice emphasizes patent prosecution and trademark matters, and he has experience with technology transactions and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) due diligence. Bill's clients have included small start-ups, as well as some of the largest and most established technology companies in the country.

Bill brings more than 15 years of solid engineering and management experience to the legal counsel of technology companies and understands the business and the technology of his clients, in addition to the legal framework within which technology companies operate.
