Partners David Rivkin and Andrew Grossman authored a commentary published by The Wall Street Journal on Feb. 22, 2018. The article, “Mark Janus Was with Hillary, Whether or Not He Wanted to Be,” argues the position that public-sector employees who are not union members are unfairly forced to fund union advocacy through mandatory fees.
