An article written by Partners Gerald Ferguson and Alan Friel was published in the January 2016 issues of Computer Law Report and the affiliated Internet Law & Business. The article, “Challenging FTC Regulation of Cyber-Security After FTC v. Wyndham,” analyzes the Wyndham decision affirming the FTC’s authority to regulate cybersecurity practices.
