Forman and Light Author Article Explaining New Government Policies in Relation to Global Corruption

Associates Jonathan Forman and Samuel Light authored an article published in the June 2016 edition of Business Law Today. The article, “Recent Government Policies Deputize Companies to Root Out Global Corruption,” lays out the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) one-year pilot program to motivate companies to self-report violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The article also points out that the DOJ and the SEC understand that compliance programs are not the same for every company and must be tailored to address particular business operations and risks.
