Partner James Sherer and Counsel Scott Koller authored an article published in the April-June 2017 issue of Risk and Compliance Magazine. The article, titled “A Strategist’s Data Security Considerations for Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence,” focuses on issue of data security in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture and asset purchases.
