Partners Jeffrey Martino and Ann O’Brien authored an article published in the Winter 2021 issue of the Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee Newsletter of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. The article, “Hitting Your Cartel Pitch Meeting Out of the Park,” offers guidance to cartel practitioners facing a pre-indictment “pitch” meeting with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Martino and O’Brien previously served in the Antitrust Division in various leadership and management positions.
