Counsels Melinda McLellan and James Sherer co-authored an article in the May 2016 issue of the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology titled “Digital Direction for the Analog Attorney – Data Protection, E-Discovery, and the Ethics of Technological Competence.” The article outlines some of the many challenges facing attorneys operating in a high-tech legal environment, including the ways in which existing and emerging ethical rules and guidelines may apply to the practice of law in the digital age.
