Associates Michael Sabella and Anat Maytal authored an article published in the Fall 2020 Newsletter of the New York City Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. They suggest that this may be a roadmap for companies to rethink policies that may have created unnecessary barriers for their employees with disabilities.
