Paul Levine, Ken Reisenfeld, Gonzalo Zeballos Contribute to Handbook on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration

Partners Paul Levine, Ken Reisenfeld and Gonzalo Zeballos provided chapters on the laws of Washington, D.C., and New York pertaining to third-party funding in international arbitration in the recently published Handbook on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration. Levine and Reisenfeld authored the District of Columbia chapter; Zeballos authored the New York chapter and co-wrote the United States chapter.

The Handbook on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration, supported by the ABA Section of International Law and published by Juris Publishing, provides a comprehensive review of the complex legal and ethical framework associated with third-party funding, including exploring many practical practitioner issues never addressed by law, courts or scholars. The handbook comprises six general chapters and 25 country-specific reports, written by 55 authors with outstanding experience in international arbitration and case financing.
