David Rivkin and Elizabeth Price Foley authored "The Federalism Fallacy in King v. Burwell", published in Politico on March 11. The article covers the latest challenge to the ACA: King v. Additionally, employers wouldn't be subject to the employer mandate and supporters of Obamacare are attempting to prevent the plaintiffs' victory. Rivkin and Foley go on to discuss the many facets of this case and the possible results in their article.
