Stein, Rocci Article Outlines Best Practices for Post-Grant Review Programs

Partners Michael Stein and Steven Rocci authored an article published in Corporate Counsel on April 8, 2016. The article, “Using Post-Grant Review as Part of an Integrated IP Protection Strategy,” talks about discovering potentially problematic patents, when and how to use a Post-Grant Review (PGR) and the potential implications of a PGR. Stein and Rocci conclude that an active PGR program is a powerful and cost-effective way for a company to preserve the freedom to operate in a given technology space.
