Every business has valuable knowledge worth protecting. This session will provide an introduction to developing corporate strategies and programs to protect unique intangible assets and defend against risks. Our discussion will include a primer on intellectual property, followed by a discussion of the strategic and business aspects of intellectual property, ranging from patents, trademarks and copyright to trade secrets and data privacy.
