The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and BakerHostetler invite you to attend a continuing legal education seminar. Blockchain technology is widely anticipated to disrupt major industries and business operations over the next several years. All industries could see significant opportunities to change the way they do business by using blockchain technology to increase efficiency and reduce costs. At the same time, blockchain raises unique issues that require legal and business strategies designed to achieve successful implementation. This program will focus on what in-house counsel need to know to anticipate their company’s needs and promote their value among their C-suite colleagues. Key topics include legal issues presented by the adoption of blockchain-enabled use cases, an overview of blockchain-related laws and regulatory activity, and privacy and cybersecurity concerns.

  • Robert A. Musiala, BakerHostetler’s Blockchain Counsel
  • Additional speakers to be announced
