Topic 3: Managing Litigation From an Internal Perspective: Panel Discussion.
Insight regarding risks and challenges connected with managing litigation, working with outside counsel, budgetary tips and  e-discovery.

Topic 4: Federal Trial Practice: A View From the Bench.
Speaker: U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio, Algenon Marbley, will provide insight on motion practice in federal court and trial practice for both bench trials and jury trials with an introduction from Lauren Hilsheimer, BakerHostetler.
