Room 20221-20223

Please join us for a presentation from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the impact of tax reform on closely held businesses, to be followed by a cocktail reception from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The new tax law creates significant opportunities for our business clients, leading many to re-evaluate their pass-through and international structures. We will discuss these big-picture questions, as well as provide an overview of other key topics such as capital expensing and the limitation on the deduction of interest expense.

We’ll also highlight areas particularly relevant to real estate businesses and address employee benefits, state and local, and estate planning concerns.

All Key Tower visitors must check in at the main security desk in the lobby. Attendees will be required to show a valid ID (e.g. driver’s license).

Parking will be validated for Memorial Plaza Garage (entrance at 300 St Clair Ave. NE).

CLE and CPE credit will be available.
