For each of the past 20 years, half of BakerHostetler’s new hires have been women and minorities. Our ability to diversify our workforce is the result of many factors, including targeted recruiting of minorities and women at law schools and through lateral lawyer interviews, the Paul D. White Scholarship program, and active participation in minority job fairs, and the appointment of diverse lawyers to our Hiring Committees.
