The Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) Practice Group is recognized by in-house counsel as being a powerhouse in Cybersecurity & Data Privacy.In an impressive testament to BakerHostetler’s strength in the fastest-growing practice of any area of law, the firm’s <a href="https://www.bakerlaw.com/DigitalAssetsDataManagement">Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) Practice Group</a> earned high rankings in all six categories in BTI Consulting Group’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy 2020 report. The report, which draws on more than 250 in-depth interviews with top decision makers in 15 industries, including chief legal officers, general counsel, data privacy officers, chief compliance officers and associate counsel – data privacy, placed the firm in the top tier, “Powerhouse” ranking in four of six categories: Global Regulations, Litigation, Federal Agency Management and Class Actions.
