<a href="http://bakerlaw.com/RandalLGainer">Randy Gainer </a><span style="color: #6d747b;">authored the article "Allocating the Risk of Loss for Bank Card Fraud on the Internet," published in <em>The John Marshall Journal of Information Technology & Privacy Law</em>. As the Internet grows and presents opportunities for consumers to make purchases using a credit card or bank card online, planned security measures have yet to be made. This raises the question of who will pay the losses if a criminal diverts the card data over the Internet.
