<p>Partner Ann O’Brien is quoted in an article published March 13, 2020, by FTCWatch. In the article, “Debate Swells Over Vitality of DOJ’s Leniency Program,” O’Brien, discusses the role of the leniency program used by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that offers full immunity to the first member of a cartel to come forward and provide details of a bid-rigging or price-fixing scheme.
