<p>Associate Jason Blanchard wrote an article titled “Buyer Beware, Tax Lien Certificates May Be Avoided as Preferences in the Third Circuit,” which was published in the 29th volume, 4th issue of the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy and Law Practice.
