William Oxley and Meghan Kelly bring extensive bet-the-company trial experience to expanding nationwide teamLOS ANGELES AND PHILADELPHIA — Jan. 21, 2020 — BakerHostetler announced today that William Oxley and Meghan Kelly have joined as partners in the firm’s national Litigation Practice Group. Both attorneys were previously with Dechert LLP, where Oxley was managing partner of the Los Angeles office.  Oxley’s addition continues the firm’s West Coast expansion, which has included up to 15 new attorneys over the past 12 months. Oxley is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers with more than 30 years of experience trying cases to verdict throughout the United States, including products liability, breach of contract, trademark and business tort cases for domestic and global clients. You just don’t see lateral moves of this magnitude every day,” Sagerman added.  Kelly, who joins in Philadelphia, is a first-chair trial lawyer who has tried many cases to verdict across the country. She has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, manufacturing and medical device companies in product liability, mass tort and environmental matters.
