Overview

Jon Cramer focuses his practice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, representing domestic and foreign buyers and sellers and private equity groups in connection with control, minority and venture-type investments. Jon has also represented issuers and underwriters in the public offering and private placement of debt and equity securities. He primarily advises borrowers in connection with leveraged acquisitions and recaps, including with respect to senior, subordinated and mezzanine financings, and advises both sponsors and investors in connection with private equity and hedge fund formation, as well as financial advisers in connection with their fairness opinions. He is also co-leader of the Software team.
