News / January 31, 2018

Partner Alan Friel commented for an article published Jan. 29, 2018, by Practical Law (UK). The article, “What to Expect in 2018: A World Tour,” quotes cross-border practitioners from around the world on what developments will have the biggest impact on cross-border practice in 2018 and how the role of the cross-border practitioner will change.

Many U.S. companies are just now waking up to the significant [GDPR] compliance burdens that affect them.”
