Partner Alan Friel is quoted in an article published June 29, 2020, by Law360. The article, “Calif. The proposed California Privacy Rights Act is scheduled to be on the state ballot in November and would significantly broaden the CCPA.

“Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water, CCPA 2.0 is coming to a polling place near you,” Friel told the publication.
