Partner Amy Ralph Mudge was a speaker at the Canadian Advertising & Marketing Law conference, held Jan. 22-23, 2019, in Toronto. Mudge was the speaker for the U.S. FTC Keynote, “Insights on Advertising Claims Enforcement from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission” and she also spoke regarding “Preventing Stereotyping in Marketing – Encouraging a Commitment to Inclusivity in Advertising.”
