Partner Andrew Layden has been elected as president of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association (CFBLA), a nonprofit organization that supports the collegial and professional practice of bankruptcy law in the Orlando Division of the Middle District of Florida. Layden has served on the CFBLA board since 2014, and previously served as treasurer (2018-19) and vice president (2020). Layden is a board-certified business bankruptcy attorney who concentrates his practice in commercial bankruptcy, troubled loan workouts, financial restructuring and commercial litigation.
