Ashley Hess Discusses International Due Diligence at ABA's Mergers and Acquisitions Committee Meeting

Partner Ashley Hess spoke at the American Bar Association’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee Meeting in Laguna Beach, California, on January 29. He participated in the panel discussion, “Conducting a Successful International Due Diligence,” at the International M&A Subcommittee meeting. Other panel members included Albert Garrofé (Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, Barcelona, Spain) and John Clifford (Mc Millan, Toronto, Canada). The speakers discussed best practices and recommendations on how to ensure that all parties involved obtain the best possible result out of international due diligence exercises. Hess is a member of the American Bar Association and serves on the Business Law Section: Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, as well as the Market Trends Subcommittee.
