BakerHostetler M&A Team Represents ECN Capital in $304M Acquisition of Service Finance Holdings

A BakerHostetler team — led by Partner Steven Goldberg and including Partners Jonathan Cramer, Dan Buzzetta, Ray Malone, Bob Niemi and Betsy Smith; Of Counsel Judy Gechman; and Associates Ian Cohen, Tyler Silvey, Seth Engel and Keesha Warmsby — represented ECN (TSE:ECN), a Canadian commercial financing company, in its acquisition of Service Finance Holdings and Counterpoint Investments in a deal worth $304 million (CA$410 million).
