BakerHostetler Named among Best in Client Service Delivery for the Fourth Year in a Row

BTI Consulting Group names firm in "Client Service 30" list and as a leader in providing "Best Value for the Dollar"

For the fourth consecutive year, BakerHostetler was named to the “Client Service 30” list of 30 law firms recognized by corporate counsel for outperforming all others in client service delivery. This ranking comes from BTI Consulting Group’s 2018 Client Service A-Team report. The report also singled out the firm as one of the top 25 law firms providing “Best Value for the Dollar” for the second year in a row.

BTI President Michael Rynowecer told Law360 that the firms named in the “Client Service 30” have a dedication to “client-facing programs” that “foster and maintain strong relationships.” According to BTI, these 30 firms “boast the highest overall scores in client service delivery—outperforming all other firms by a factor of 9.”

To be named among clients providing “Best Value for the Dollar,” BTI indicated the firms must “not only deliver quality legal services to clients but also contribute to their business success.”

This recognition builds upon the firm’s 2017 rankings from BTI, including being named among “Law Firms with the Best Collaboration” and “24 Firms General Counsel Love the Most.” Eight partners were named 2017 BTI Client Service All-Stars, as well, during this year.

BTI based its report on in-depth interviews with 350 top-ranking corporate in-house counsel. BTI asked them about the firms that stand out in 17 areas it has identified as the building blocks of superior relationships with clients.
