BakerHostetler's Columbus Office Signs Pay Equity Pledge Led by Columbus Women's Commission

News / January 26, 2018

The Columbus office of BakerHostetler has proudly adopted “The Columbus Commitment: Achieving Pay Equity,” a voluntary, employer-led initiative to close the gender wage gap in the Columbus area. The Columbus Women’s Commission – created by Mayor Andrew J. Ginther on Feb. 24, 2016, to advance the economic well-being of women in the community – is organizing the program. First Lady Shannon Ginther is chair of the commission.

“We are grateful for the work the Columbus Women’s Commission is doing to address the needs and challenges facing women in Columbus and are proud to join the Columbus Commitment in its efforts to help the region alleviate gender-based inequities,” said Ron Linville, managing partner of BakerHostetler’s Columbus office.
