Donald Workman to Participate in Ethics Panel at "Views from the Bench" Conference

Partner Donald Workman will moderate a session titled “Ethics: An Update on Conflicts, Disinterestedness, and Fees” at the “Bankruptcy 2018: Views from the Bench” conference on Sept. 21, 2018, at Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Workman’s panel will focus on the important ethical issues concerning confidentiality, privileged information, fees, candor in dealings with the court, fairness to opposing counsel, disinterestedness and more, with reference to various Rules of Professional Conduct.

Panelists include Honorable Kathryn Ferguson, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, District of N.J.; Honorable Janet Baer, Bankruptcy Judge, N.D. Illinois; and Honorable James Tancredi, Bankruptcy Judge, District of Connecticut.
