Ferve Khan Named Among ABI's "40 Under 40" Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice

Associate Ferve Khan has been selected as an honoree in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice for 2020, recognizing 40 top industry professionals under age 40. The honorees will be recognized at a special virtual ceremony in February.

Khan is a full-service insolvency and restructuring attorney representing creditors and fiduciaries in some of the largest Chapter 11 cases in the nation. She has particular experience in the financial services, energy and healthcare industries, and in cases of mass torts and the recovery of the proceeds of fraud. She is also a lead attorney on the nationwide team representing Irving H. Picard, the Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, in the largest Ponzi scheme in history.
