Four BakerHostetler Attorneys Named Among Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys by HR Executive

BakerHostetler Partners Mike Asensio, Dennis P. Duffy, Jay P. Krupin, and John B. Lewis have been named to Human Resource Executive’s list of the “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys,” as published in the June 16, 2016, edition of the magazine. This is the third consecutive year the attorneys have earned this recognition.

Duffy, Krupin, and Lewis are named to the list of the “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys — Top 100,” and Asensio is listed among the top 20 “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys — Labor.”

“This honor is a testament to the sophisticated and pragmatic legal and business advice that Mike, Dennis, Jay, and John provide to our clients,” said Employment and Labor Group Chair David Grant.  “For three years running, they have been recognized on a national level for their dedication and excellence in employment and labor law.”

The list is prepared for Human Resource Executive magazine by, a Los Angeles-based networking site for lawyers and clients. The magazine publishes the list of the top 100 Most Powerful Employment Attorneys, with three lists of 20 featured after it, specifying the most powerful attorneys for immigration law, labor law, and employee benefits and ERISA law. Attorneys are selected on the basis of curriculum-vitae analyses, evaluations by clients and peers, and reporting by the Lawdragon staff.
