Partner Gil Keteltas co-chaired the planning committee for the 14th Annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute in Washington, D.C., Nov. 16 and 17, 2017. He also moderated the panel, “Discovery on Discovery: Both Sides of the V,” on Friday, Nov. 17. The panel considered the availability of process-based discovery, or discovery about the discovery process, under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26 and 1, and included panelists from Chevron, Deloitte and Orrick.

The institute has earned a reputation among judges, practitioners, and vendors as the leading e-discovery conference of its kind in the United States. The program gave attendees access to more federal and state judges than any similar program and provided the opportunity to learn at an advanced level from the leading e-discovery practitioners and academics from across the country.
