<p>Partner Jay Krupin was a speaker for the Aug. 14, 2020, meeting of the DC Real Estate Roundtable. Krupin gave an online high-level presentation addressing issues faced by employers regarding COVID recovery considerations and strategies, including work-from-home and return-to-work policies during the pandemic.</p>  <p>The program was attended by CEOs and COOs of national and Washington, D.C.-based real estate developers, owners, lenders and investors. The discussion included institution of appropriate health and safety protocols in the workplace setting, as well as reducing employer liability for the many ancillary businesses that the participants have interests.</p>
