The article, “Antitrust Enforcers Update Approach to Vertical Mergers,” reports on new guidance on how authorities assess whether mergers within a supply chain might affect competition, an update that may affect federal antitrust enforcers’ current focus on the technology sector.  “In the tech space it’s going to be interesting to see how that plays out,” Martino told the publication. “You have all these companies with so much data.
