<p>Partner John McGowan is quoted in a story published Feb. 16, 2017, by Bloomberg BNA’s Health Care Daily Report. The article, “HHS Moves to Stabilize Obamacare Markets,” discusses rules proposed by the Department of Health and Human Services to stabilize healthcare insurance markets. McGowan is quoted regarding plans to required enrollees to pay overdue premiums before enrolling with the same insurer the following year.
