John Murphy to Speak at American Intellectual Property Law Association Spring Meeting

Partner John F. Murphy will speak at the American Intellectual Property Law Association Spring Meeting, May 15 - 17, 2014, in Philadelphia. Murphy’s presentation will take place on Thursday, May 15, as part of Track 2 (Patent Prosecution), Part 1 – “Software and Business Method Claims Then and Now: Perspectives and Strategies for Surviving the Courts and Hurdling Through Examination.” Murphy’s presentation is entitled “Hurdles to Software Claim Patentability and Validity—Past, Present and Future.”
