<p>Counsel Kyle Gee has been appointed by the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law Section Council to serve on a task force to review Ohio legislation that, as initially proposed, would dramatically impact the manner in which estate planning documents could be signed, including wills and advance health care directives. Part of that legislation would permit wills to be signed electronically online in the “electronic presence” of witnesses located in any U.S. state. Gee has written and spoken extensively on the topic of electronic wills.</p>
