Lee Rosebush Earns Prestigious Writing Award from American Society for Pharmacy Law

Partner Lee Rosebush is the recipient of the 2016 Larry M. Simonsmeier Writing Award, which is given biannually by the American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL) to recognize an outstanding paper related to the interests of the ASPL. Rosebush and co-authors Francis Palumbo and Lowell Zeta, were honored for writing “Navigating Through a Complex and Inconsistent Regulatory Framework: Section 503B of the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act Outsourcing Facilities Engaged in Clinical Investigation,” which was published in the December 31, 2015, issue of Therapeutic Innovation & Regulatory Science. The award includes an honorarium plus an invitation to attend the ASPL Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar in Austin, Texas, in November 2016.
