Lesley Grossberg Presents Seminar on Social Media and Digital Assets

Associate Lesley Grossberg presented a CLE seminar on Feb. 23, 2017, for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The seminar, titled "Till Death Do We Part? Social Media and Postmortem IP Rights," addressed common legal issues arising after the death of a social media account user and also discussed transfer of digital assets, digital asset vaults, and digital inheritance.
