Mark Barron moderated the panel, “Hydraulic Fracturing: A Discussion of BLM's Regulatory Authority”, held at the DC Bar on December 1, 2015. The panelists include Nada Culver, Director and Senior Counsel of The Wilderness Society's BLM Action Center; Richard McNeer of the Solicitor’s Office, U.S. Department of Interior; and Dan Naatz, Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Political Affairs for the Independent Petroleum Association of America. The program is sponsored by the Energy Committee of the D.C. Bar Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Section, the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, and the Environmental Law Institute.
