McLellan, Sherer, Fedeles to Present Overview of New EU General Data Protection Regulation

On May 17, 2017, Partners Melinda McLellan and James Sherer and Associate Emily Fedeles will present a CLE program segment at the New York Ediscovery Workshop hosted by KrolLDiscovery. Their presentation, “Data Protection & Privacy: Preparing for the GDPR,” will provide an overview of the European Union’s forthcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and address the potential impacts of this new data protection framework on multinational companies.
