BakerHostetler served as legal counsel to Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) in the acquisition of Welk Resorts, the owner of a portfolio of vacation resorts, programs and property management contracts for approximately $470 million, including approximately 1.4 million MVW common shares.
