Paul Karlsgodt Speaks on "Cloud Computing in the Courts"

Partner Paul Karlsgodt will be a speaker at Practical Law Institute’s “Cloud Computing 101: Key Issues and Practical Guidance,” which will take place May 1, 2017, in New York City, and May 22, 2017, in San Francisco. He will address “Cloud Computing in the Courts: A Consideration of Litigation Issues.” The presentation will cover breach of contract and other theories of liability, third party claims and indemnity, liability limitations, the economic loss rule and other surprises, and the pros and cons of ADR.
