Partner Randolf Katz is quoted in a November 24, 2015, Law360 article titled, “8 Essential Reads For Capital Markets Lawyers,” which discusses eight nonfiction books that can help attorneys “better understand market conditions — and offer a change of pace from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission paperwork.”

Katz talked to Law360 the book, “The House of Morgan.” The book, Ron Chernow, “chronicles the rise of the JP Morgan banking empire, from its origins in Victorian London through the 1987 crash.” Katz commented, “The Morgan book is a fascinating story of the growth of capital in an earlier era, but … has some insights into capital formation and preservation and deal-construction for today.”
