Sonny Carpenter to Speak on Improving Information Sharing on Suspected Financial Fraud

Associate Sonny Carpenter was a speaker at the Financial Services-Information Sharing and Analysis Center Annual Summit on April 30, 2019, in Orlando, Fla. His topic was “Improving Information Sharing on Suspected Financial Fraud” and he will discuss financial fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing. His session addressed what the Patriot Act 314(b) safe-harbor program allows, the realities of government enforcement and the business benefit to greater information sharing among financial institutions.
