Nichole Sterling Is Editor-in-Chief of Sedona ‘Cross-Border Privilege Issues'

Associate Nichole Sterling was editor-in-chief of “The Sedona Conference Commentary on Cross-Border Privilege Issues,” published in July 2022. A project of the Sedona Conference Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure, the 589-page document collects consensus views of Working Group members, written by several contributing editors.

The Sedona Conference is a 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law. The mission of this working group is to develop principles, guidance and best-practice recommendations for information governance, discovery and disclosure involving cross-border data transfers related to civil litigation, dispute resolution and internal and civil regulatory investigations.
