Susan Feigin Harris Talks about Potential Changes to Medicaid under Trump

Partner Susan Feigin Harris is quoted in an article published Dec. 2, 2016, in the Bloomberg BNA “Health Care Daily Report.” The article, “CMS Rules Boosts Medicaid as Questions Linger over Program’s Future,” reports on a final rule released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that implements some provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Harris told Bloomberg that although the most recent CMS rule is continuing to implement the ACA, “we’ll all have to watch and see” if such provisions are rolled back under the incoming Trump administration.
