A team of BakerHostetler attorneys has authored the U.S. chapter of The Asset Tracing and Recovery Review, 10th edition, published by Law Business Research Ltd. The publication offers a practical overview of asset recovery rules and procedures across jurisdictions around the world. It focuses on the primary processes and limitations for tracing fraudulently appropriated property, addressing relevant legal rights and remedies, issues surrounding seizure and evidence rules.

The U.S. chapter is divided into sections addressing legal rights and remedies, seizure and evidence, fraud in specific contexts, international aspects and current developments. Its authors include Oren Warshavsky, co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Global Fraud and International Asset Tracing and Recovery team; Gonzalo Zeballos, leader of the firm’s International Litigation team; Partners Geoff North, Tatiana Markel and Michelle Usitalo; and Associate Shade Quailey.
